The Business Support Desk (BSD) for MSMEs is a new service of the FInES capacity building programme. This is an exclusive business support service, which you can access at no cost to help grow your business and address business challenges.
HOW TO ACCESS THE BSD
To access the service, just contact the BSD by WhatsApp, phone or email, and tell us the nature of your business problem.
For instance, do you need to know how to register a business or you need a business plan or an employment contract? Or do you need to know digital tools that you can use to promote sales or manage your business finance? If so, the BSD is the answer.
The BSD offers practical advice – we call it STAR support – with Suggestions, Templates, Advice and Referrals to other relevant institutions within the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
